About the Role
Able Tutors is seeking experienced educators to provide personalized 1-2-1 tutoring for GCSE, KS3, and KS2 students in core academic subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored lesson plans for Maths, English, and Science students
- Conduct regular student progress assessments
- Provide constructive feedback
- Create engaging learning environments
- Maintain effective communication with students and parents
- Stay current with educational curriculum and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year recent teaching experience in the UK
- Bachelor's degree
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Ability to travel to Barnet, Enfield, Harrow, or Watford
- Flexible availability during and after school hours, including weekends
- Ability to provide UK-based professional references
