Role Overview
This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to develop professional skills in property maintenance within a leading affordable housing provider. Over a 2-year program, you will work towards a Level 2 City & Guilds qualification in Property Maintenance Operative.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete practical property maintenance tasks
- Attend training at PfP Thrive academy
- Maintain efficient communication with managers
- Care for assigned vehicles and equipment
- Follow health and safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants
Training and Development
The apprenticeship includes up to 4 working days per month at a state-of-the-art training facility, providing hands-on learning and professional guidance.
Requirements
- Interest in property maintenance
- Strong team working skills
- Basic IT and keyboard skills
- Good time management
- GCSE maths and English (grade C or equivalent preferred)
