Manage multi-inbox email correspondence
Oversee dispatch orders and update production and planning schedules
Maintain accurate paper and digital records
Utilize Sage for operational tasks, order processing, and stock management
Liaise with Procurement and Logistics for order fulfilment
Act as Non-Conformance Champion for quality management
Ensure professional communication across departments and sites
