Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assembly of R&D installations from small test rigs to medium-scale systems
- Support daily operations across R&D, including builds, testing, and setup processes
- Participate in design-build processes involving layout setup, parts handling, and data collection
- Apply basic engineering and scientific principles
- Maintain workshop safety and equipment readiness
- Support prototype fabrication using advanced manufacturing techniques
Learning Opportunities
Gain practical skills in advanced manufacturing technologies including FDM 3D printing, SLS printing, CNC machining, and PCB fabrication while working towards a recognized Level 2 Engineering Operative qualification.
