Support colleagues in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for care home residents. Responsible for greeting customers, supporting meal times, and delivering high-quality customer care that encourages resident independence and choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of residential care facility
- Greet and interact with customers and visitors
- Use cleaning products and equipment effectively
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Support meal times
- Identify and report potential signs of abuse
Requirements
- No prior care home experience required
- Will receive full training
- Working towards Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification
