Description

Role Overview

Coordinate, plan, and implement the DFN Supported Internship Programme at Warrington Hospital, supporting interns with additional needs and autism in workplace settings. Facilitate work-based learning with the goal of achieving employment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage programme operations
Support job coaches
Liaise with departmental managers
Secure and maintain suitable workplace placements
Promote independence among interns

Requirements

GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or above)
Level 3 qualification
Experience working with learning disabilities
Ability to conduct risk assessments
Strong job coaching skills
