Responsibilities
- Contribute to booking in purchased and manufactured parts
- Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and damage
- Maintain accurate stock levels through comprehensive stocktakes
- Ensure proper labeling, location, and storage of materials
- Assist in issuing materials to relevant departments and jobs
- Accurately kit parts for fabrication, fitting shop, and stainless areas
- Manage pick, pack, and despatch of spare parts
- Use inventory systems to track stock movements
- Maintain detailed documentation for goods received, issued, and returned
- Adhere to company procedures and documentation standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Manage consumables inventory
- Actively participate in training and learning opportunities
