Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and reliable English Tutor to deliver engaging educational lessons for secondary school students across various year groups. This position involves teaching 3 lessons per week at our education centre, focusing on curriculum-aligned instruction and student development.
Teaching Schedule
- Friday: 18:00-20:00 (Rotating weekly between Year 7-11 classes)
- Saturday Morning: 9:00-11:00 (Rotating weekly between Year 7-11 classes)
- Saturday Late Morning: 11:00-13:00 (GCSE English Language Specific)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive and engaging lesson plans
- Align teaching with curriculum standards
- Assess and track student academic progress
- Adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and staff
Requirements
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher
- Strong understanding of educational principles
- Experience with diverse student populations
