Key Responsibilities
- Support the efficient running of Learning & Organisational Development administrative functions
- Monitor and manage training inbox, including candidate bookings and communication
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and report compilation
- Assist with marketing Learning & Organisational Development activities
- Prepare Learning from Excellence cards for employee engagement
- Schedule meetings, rooms, and events for OD Leads and stakeholders
- Complete staff surveys and support departmental audits
