Role Overview
As an Operations Apprentice in a dynamic third-party logistics (3PL) environment, you will gain comprehensive hands-on experience across warehousing, transport coordination, and supply chain operations. This role provides an excellent opportunity to launch a career in logistics while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily planning and coordination of warehouse and transport operations
- Support customer order processing, including order entry, picking, packing, and dispatching
- Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory checks
- Collaborate across warehouse, transport, and customer service teams
- Learn and utilize warehouse and transport management systems
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above
- No prior logistics experience required
