SAAF Education offers a comprehensive 12-month trainee programme designed to develop future Management Accountants. Through a structured monthly development plan, you will gain essential skills and progressively take on more complex financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete month-by-month training covering core financial processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and budget monitoring
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Conduct payroll analysis and VAT returns
- Assist with year-end processes and audit preparation
- Work collaboratively with experienced finance team members
- Develop proficiency in accounting software and tools
Requirements
- Part-qualified AAT or finance/accounting graduate
- GCSE Maths and English (minimum grade 5)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
