Key Responsibilities

Lead conceptualisation and development of new product designs
Manage multiple design projects with precise delivery against brief, budget, and timeline
Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, commercial, and production departments
Create engaging visual presentations and high-quality 2D/3D design assets
Specify materials, manufacturing processes, and surface finishes
Engage with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure product quality
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation strategies

Requirements

Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in design-led manufacturing environment
Advanced design visualization and technical skills
