Netcentrix is offering an exciting entry-level IT Support Apprenticeship within a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. This opportunity provides hands-on technical experience and structured professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support via phone and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account issues
- Log, prioritize, and update service desk tickets
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers
- Assist with hardware/software setup, Office 365, Active Directory, and VPN support
- Monitor systems and collaborate with technical teams
Training and Development
Apprentices will work towards a Level 3 IT Support Technician qualification, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Grade 4 in Maths and Grade 5 in English
- Passion for IT
- Strong willingness to learn
