Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver annual early careers plans and recruitment campaigns
- Liaise with hiring managers to identify appropriate early-career roles
- Manage relationships with apprenticeship providers and universities
- Coordinate recruitment timelines, events, and selection processes
- Develop training modules and induction content for early-career cohorts
- Track development and progression of early-career employees
- Manage apprenticeship levy and government funding streams
- Produce strategic data reports for leadership teams
