Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive coaching and mentoring for apprentices
- Design and facilitate engaging training sessions
- Assess apprentice work and provide developmental feedback
- Coordinate training activities with employers and industry experts
- Manage learning journeys and ensure timely achievement
- Provide pastoral support for apprentices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sustainability Professional
- Strong understanding of corporate responsibility strategies
- Teaching or coaching experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in IT systems and learning management platforms
