Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for client enquiries
- Assist with client enquiry assessment and triage
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to frontline teams
- Maintain accurate system records and documentation
- Support day-to-day financial and office administrative tasks
- Collect and follow up on client feedback
Requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent organisational capabilities
