Role Overview
As a Support Worker in our Learning Disability unit, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents, helping them live a full and valued life within their own self-contained apartments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Promote independence, respect, and dignity for residents
- Assist with residents' physical and emotional wellbeing
- Adhere to PBS (Positive Behavior Support) Plan
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, confidentiality, and security
Requirements
- Caring and friendly disposition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and excellent time management
- Care background preferred but not mandatory
