Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide contractors to ensure effective project collaboration
- Develop short-term project programmes (2-6 weeks ahead)
- Gather and integrate stakeholder requirements from local authorities, architects, and consultants
- Manage and optimize project budgets
- Coordinate design and technical resolution with consultants and in-house teams
- Maintain comprehensive communication channels with team members and stakeholders
- Produce detailed weekly and monthly progress reports for senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience in Construction Project Management
- Strong team leadership and supervisory capabilities
- Proficiency with ERP and content management systems
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
