Key Responsibilities
- Manage caseload of apprentices across multiple locations
- Conduct on-site assessments and reviews adhering to awarding body standards
- Support apprentices in portfolio completion and qualification evidence gathering
- Provide constructive feedback and professional guidance
- Maintain effective communication with employers, colleagues, and learners
- Update and manage digital records using software systems
- Demonstrate flexibility with site-based travel requirements
Requirements
- Strong organisational and planning capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Independent working proficiency
- Basic digital literacy with Excel and related software
- Ability to travel between learner sites
- Valid CSCS card
- Comprehensive industry experience
