Role Responsibilities
As a Commis Chef Apprentice, you will:
- Participate in 1 day per week of college-based training
- Work 4 days per week in selected Fuller's restaurants or hotels
- Learn food preparation techniques under mentor Head Chefs
- Develop skills in fresh, seasonal, and local produce preparation
