Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team, focused on nurturing and developing young children's learning and growth in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities promoting children's development across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere ensuring children's safety and well-being
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting achievements and identifying development areas
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean, organized learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with children in childcare or nursery settings
- Strong communication skills in English
- Level 2 Early Years Qualification or willingness to undertake training
