As a Tool Hire Customer Apprentice at Keyline, you'll be instrumental in supporting customers by helping them find and hire the right tools and equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate tools and equipment
- Arrange tool hire contracts
- Maintain safety protocols in tool selection and usage
- Learn about tool maintenance and servicing
- Provide excellent customer support
Development Program
This 12-month apprenticeship includes comprehensive training covering safety culture, tool servicing, product knowledge, and professional skills development.
