Role Overview
As an In-Store Baker at Co-op, you'll be responsible for managing bakery product preparation and presentation in a brand new facility. Your primary duties include early morning baking, product scheduling, and maintaining high-quality food standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Start shifts at 6:00 AM with morning baking schedule
- Prepare bakery products for store opening at 7:00 AM
- Monitor sales and maintain product availability
- Ensure high-quality product presentation
- Support customer service and Co-op membership promotion
