Role Overview
An apprenticeship opportunity to support learning and development in a Church of England village primary school, providing direct support to pupils in classroom and group settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individual and group learning activities
- Assist teachers in developing learning resources and strategies
- Evaluate pupil progress through agreed assessment activities
- Provide regular feedback on student achievement
- Lead small group interventions
- Supervise children during lunchtime
- Promote positive student behavior
- Utilize ICT and educational equipment to support learning objectives
- Provide first aid (training will be provided)
Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 9-4 or A* to C) preferred
- Ability to establish positive working relationships
- Capacity to manage personal workload effectively
