- Manage all aspects of training and development, including technical and soft skills
- Coordinate apprenticeship programmes
- Communicate with students and managers regarding progress

- Assist in student recruitment and induction
- Attend careers events
- Develop relationships with external training providers, schools, colleges, and universities
- Manage government apprenticeship funding
