Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer to support the delivery of Outdoor Activity Instructor Level 3 apprenticeship programmes. This role involves comprehensive apprentice support from initial guidance through to End Point Assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training through blended and experiential learning approaches
- Teach in classroom, outdoor, and virtual environments
- Manage entire apprenticeship journey
- Conduct internal quality assurance processes
- Support approximately 30-35 apprentices across multiple employers
- Provide ongoing learner guidance and assessment
Requirements
- Extensive outdoor sector knowledge
- Recognized teaching/training qualification
- Experience in apprenticeship or training delivery
- Current occupational and National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Strong ICT skills
- Full UK driving license
