Key Responsibilities
- Deliver wound care, medication, and palliative care
- Work autonomously following initial induction
- Record patient information accurately
- Perform delegated clinical healthcare duties
- Ensure safe, individualized, and effective patient care
- Support patient health and wellbeing
- Conduct non-clinical duties like ordering supplies and attending meetings
