Role Overview
Even Logistics and Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people function and support the company's ambitious growth across Norfolk and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for cleaning, driving, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law, right-to-work checks, and GDPR
- Manage employee relations, disciplinaries, and grievances
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training plans
- Support payroll and holiday/absence management
- Oversee HR policies, staff handbook, and employment contracts
- Provide strategic HR advice to company Directors
Requirements
- Experience in HR management, preferably in cleaning, logistics, or service industries
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Proven skills in recruitment, employee relations, and staff development
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- CIPD qualification (Level 5+) desirable but not mandatory
