Role Responsibilities
- Support and occasionally deputise for management
- Lead shifts and guide staff in positive child interactions
- Assist young people in daily activities including cooking, cleaning, and outings
- Professionally manage challenging behaviors
- Maintain accurate records and develop care plans
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months care experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driving licence or willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns
- Excellent role modeling capabilities
