Role Overview

Join the Business Gateshead team as a Customer Service Apprentice, providing essential front-line support across seven business centres. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop professional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for visitors, tenants, and clients
• Greet visitors professionally and maintain a welcoming environment
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
• Support visitor sign-in and security procedures
• Handle post and delivery logistics
• Maintain accurate administrative records and systems
• Manage reception and communal area presentation
• Report maintenance and facility issues

Training and Development

The apprenticeship includes a comprehensive learning program delivered through face-to-face and virtual methods, providing expert guidance and support towards achieving a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.
