Role Overview

An exciting apprenticeship opportunity in the automotive industry at GroupM53 Ford Ellesmere Port, designed to develop skilled Vehicle Parts Advisors through comprehensive training and hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and locate automotive parts using electronic catalogs and computer systems
• Provide customer support through multiple communication channels
• Collaborate with service technicians for accurate parts ordering
• Manage inventory and stock control processes
• Process transactions and manage customer accounts
• Provide technical product advice and recommendations

Training and Development

The apprenticeship includes a comprehensive 12-month program with block training at The Henry Ford Academy in Daventry, combining on-the-job and off-the-job learning experiences.

Qualification Outcome

Successful completion results in a nationally recognized Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse qualification.
