An exciting apprenticeship opportunity in finance and administration within a local council environment, providing comprehensive support to the finance team and developing critical administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage debtors and creditors ledgers using Sage 50 Accounts Professional software
- Process purchase orders and perform account reconciliations
- Handle payroll documentation under senior supervision
- Manage invoice issuance and financial documentation
- Provide customer service support at reception and via telephone
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and post duties
Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at Level 4 or above
- Preferential consideration for those with Level 2 AAT or equivalent
