Learning and Development
As part of the apprenticeship, you'll cover subjects including Leadership, Business, Marketing, Communication, Merchandising, and Diversity through workshops, mentoring, and one-to-one support.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or equivalent (including English and Maths)
- At least 9 months retail experience
- No prior Team Leader Apprenticeship
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Willing to travel for off-site workshops
