An opportunity to support electrical apprentices by providing professional skills development and assessment in workplace environments. The role involves continuous monitoring and guidance of learners to ensure they achieve national accreditation and reach their full employment potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-to-one meetings with apprentices in their workplace
- Work closely with employers to develop apprentice skills
- Perform continuous assessment and observations
- Collaborate with college teaching teams
- Support learners in building practical and theoretical electrical installation knowledge
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
- Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Installations (18th Edition)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical installation
- Minimum Level 2 Maths and English qualifications
