Apprenticeship Details
Apprentices will complete a Level 2 or 3 Early Years apprenticeship standard, including:
- Regular training sessions with a dedicated trainer
- Hands-on workplace experience
- Study for at least 20% of working hours
- Comprehensive assessments
Requirements
- 16 years or older
- Not currently in full-time education
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Computer literacy
