A dynamic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to shape future talent by delivering comprehensive payroll apprenticeship training up to Level 5.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and assess apprentices in payroll principles, systems, and compliance
- Develop individual learning plans and provide coaching
- Keep learners updated on HMRC rules, pensions, and payroll systems
- Embed functional skills and employability competencies
- Liaise with employers to align training with workplace standards
Requirements
- Strong industry experience in payroll management
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
- Teaching or training qualification (or willingness to achieve)
- Experience supporting Level 5 learners preferred
