Key Responsibilities
- Assist with live casework and case management
- Draft legal documents including letters, divorce applications, child arrangements, and Wills
- Prepare court bundles and attend client meetings
- Conduct legal research under supervision
- Maintain case records using LEAP software
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- Strong interest in Family Law and Wills/Probate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
