Role Overview
A critical position within the finance team focused on maintaining financial accuracy and supporting organizational financial health. The Finance Officer will play a key role in managing financial transactions, data processing, and ensuring comprehensive financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, credit notes, and payment runs
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Monitor cash flow and track organizational expenses
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems
- Collaborate with external accountants and auditors
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to ensure financial accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of finance or accounting experience
- Proven UK residency and documentation
- Valid UK driving license
- Current DBS check
