Join Kroll's dynamic Portfolio Valuation Team as an Analyst, providing critical valuation advisory services to alternative investment clients including private equity and hedge funds. As a key team member, you'll support complex portfolio pricing and valuation of illiquid financial instruments and assets.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive valuation analysis on public and private entities across diverse industries
Develop financial models using discounted cash flow, market multiple, and option pricing methodologies
Conduct independent data gathering through direct client interactions and site visits
Prepare and present clear, concise analytical results
Research client, industry, market, and competitive landscapes
Assist in developing client proposals and presentations

Requirements

Currently pursuing Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or MBA
Strong analytical thinking and detail-orientation
Exceptional task prioritization skills in collaborative environments
